Beautiful apartments and a warm home
Mishan Holon has 413 beautifully designed apartments in eight elegant buildings in the green heart of Holon. You can choose from studio and two-room air-conditioned apartments with a fully-equipped kitchen where you can cook – or, you can always dine with other residents at our house restaurant. All our apartments have panic buttons connected to 24-hour security.

יליד: 1973 השכלה: תואר ראשון (BA) בניהול משאבי מזון עם התמחות בכלכלה חקלאית מהאוניברסיטה העברית, לימודי תעודה בתכנית לניהול בתי אבות (אוניברסיטת בר אילן). רקע תעסוקתי: "הרומן שלי עם משען התחיל לפני כמעט שני עשורים, כאשר כיהנתי כמנהל המטבחים ב"משען אפעל". בהמשך ניהלתי את ענף המשק ב"משען חולון", ואני מנהל את הבית מאז 2018." מוטו: שיפור איכות חייהם של בני הגיל השלישי. "דלתי פתוחה, אני מזמין את דיירי הבית להציף כל קושי ומבטיח לטפל במהירות" על הבית: משען חולון הוא מובלעת פסטורלית בלב העיר, והנראות החיצונית מקרינה על איכות החיים פנימה. אנחנו קרובים ללב העסקי של חולון ולמוסדות רפואיים מרכזיים. מתוך חשיבות הרצף הטיפולי, ניתן למצוא אצלנו מחלקות נוספות של דיור תומך.
דרכי הגעה
הוראות הגעה בתחבורה ציבורית:
1. מראשון לציון קו 20 מגיע לרח’ ביאליק פינת ההסתדרות והפוך.
2. מבת ים קו 43 של דן, וקו 87 של אגד, לרח’ ביאליק פינת ההסתדרות (הליכה של כ-120 מ’ עד ליעד משען חולון)
3. מירושלים קו 406 ישיר עד למשען חולון רח ההסתדרות של אגד.
4. מתל אביב קו מס’ 274 עד רח’ שנקר.
5. מתל אביב יש אפשרות גם ברכבת לרדת ברח’ יוספטל, ולעלות על קו מס’ 43 למשען חולון ביאליק פינת הסתדרות.
